Where is your
store?
Although we service the entire Kansas City metro area, our
store is located in the Pine Tree Plaza in Lee's Summit Mo.
This is the big Planet Fitness/Harbor Freight strip mall
facing 50 Highway at Jefferson St. (MO 291 South). We
are at the west end of the mall between Krab Kings and Foxy Nails.

trade-ins?
We accept
trade-ins on some equipment. This is done on a
case-by-case basis, so call Dave at 816-524-9888 with your
particular situation.

currently offer a printed catalog. Because of the constantly
changing nature of the computer industry, our items change
frequently in order to offer you the best products at the

Well, it's kind
of hard to say. We need to know a little about your
system. The best thing is to bring the system in or
call us at 816-524-9888 and speak with a salesperson about
your particular needs. That way we can see exactly
what you have and what is possible. We will then be
able to give you some options. Generally speaking, we
can always improve the performance of any age PC.

RAM cost for my computer?
RAM can
cost very little or be an investment depending on the type,
speed and capacity. If you know which type your system

be happy to assist you in determining the cost of a RAM
upgrade for your system.

There
are several ways to speed up a PC, including both hardware

tired of talking to someone in another country who you can't

better, DSL or Cable?
This
is almost down to the Pepsi-Coke question. Some
folks swear by one, while others are sold on the other.
We would suggest you find a friend or two that is using
the service you are thinking about and get some feedback
from them. After all, word of mouth is the best
advertising.

What is
Spyware? What is a virus?
Spyware
is software that keeps track of user information through
the user's Internet connection without the user knowing
it. It then reports back on your internet usage,
usually to advertise to you.
A virus
is a piece of code that is loaded onto your computer without
you knowing it. Viruses spread themselves on your computer,
and are also sent out over the internet to infect other
systems as well. Even a simple virus is dangerous because it
will quickly use all available memory and cause your system
to lock up.
